Today, an art director has to be equipped with multiple tools and skill sets to be able to deal with the plethora of new formats the digital medium allows us for our stories. From static posts, GIFs, short animated videos to tech innovations like AR and VR… the possibilities are endless. We wanted someone who was ready for this challenge.
We were also looking to replace a senior copywriter who left us because of a burnout, sad but a frequent occurrence in our industry. The ad shows 35 matchsticks in a matchbox representing 35 folks in our creative department with one stick lying used up outside the box.
